What Is Contract Growing?
Contract growing is a pre-arranged agreement where Natchez Tree Company grows trees specifically for your project. Instead of purchasing from existing inventory, you commission us to cultivate trees to your exact specifications—including species, size, quantity, and delivery date.
It’s the smart solution for large-scale landscaping, municipal projects, commercial developments, and any situation where tree availability, quality, and timing are critical.

Grown for Where You Plant
Specializing in Dallas, Atlanta, and Charlotte Projects
At Natchez Tree Company, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. We specialize in growing trees that are adapted to the specific environmental challenges of key Southeastern markets. Our contract growing program ensures that your trees are not only the right size and species—but built to thrive in real jobsite conditions.
Dallas, TX
North Texas brings the heat—literally. High summer temps, alkaline soils, and irregular rainfall make it tough for trees to establish. That’s why we grow our Texas Tough™ trees with:
Proven Drought Tolerance
Deep, fibrous root systems for quick establishment
Heat-hardened genetics suited for Dallas-area developments
Atlanta, GA
In Metro Atlanta, tree success hinges on managing clay-heavy soils, fluctuating weather, and fast-paced installation timelines. Our Southeastern Strong™ trees are grown to handle:
Heavy soils and compaction
Fast transplant turnaround with reduced shock
High-performance in commercial and residential development zones
Nashville, TN
Nashville's rapid growth brings constant demand for high-quality, dependable trees. Hot summers, rocky soils, and frequent construction pressure. We deliver trees with:
Strong central leaders and structure for high-visibility plantings
Adaptability to rocky, shallow soils
Durable root systems that handle compacted urban sites
