Purple Daydream Fringe Flower is a dwarf re-blooming evergreen shrub with dark burgundy foliage that keeps color year round and heavy blooms of vivid red fringe-like flowers in late winter through spring. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
